Grew up in Hong Kong. BS Physics Cal Tech (where graduate student Dick Pashley was one of his lab assistants), PhD Physics Yale University. Early career at IBM in device physics, later recruited into Intel’s Technology Development department, where he worked for 24 years, until leaving in 2006 to become VP of Business Development at Ovonyx. Currently, he is working on starting a PCM company.
