Former Chief Architect, Aadhaar and India Stack; Co-Chair, Center for Digital Public Infrastructure

Pramod Varma was the chief architect of India’s unique ID system, unified payment system, digital signature protocol, and credentialing/digital wallet system that are part of the India Stack and involve billions of people and transactions. He played a key role in designing and architecting the country's indirect tax system, vaccination and immunization infrastructure, and the world’s largest school learning platform, DIKSHA. He is co-chair at the global Center for Digital Public Infrastructure, adjunct faculty at IIIT Bangalore, CTO at EkStep Foundation, and cofounder of FIDE.org and co-creator of Beckn Protocol.
