Former Chief Architect, Aadhaar and India Stack; Cochair, Center for Digital Public Infrastructure

Pramod Varma was the chief architect of India’s unique ID system, unified payment system, digital signature protocol, and credentialing/digital wallet system that are part of the India Stack and involve billions of people and transactions. He played a key role in designing and architecting the country's indirect tax system, vaccination and immunization infrastructure, and the world’s largest school learning platform, DIKSHA. He is cochair at the global Center for Digital Public Infrastructure, adjunct faculty at IIIT Bangalore, CTO at EkStep Foundation, and cofounder of FIDE.org and co-creator of Beckn Protocol.
