Neta Retter is passionate about advocating math and science advancement for young women. As one of a handful of woman engineers in many of her classes at UCSD, Neta graduated and began her 10-year career at Broadcom where she has worked on system level design, analog design and pioneering new technology integration. One of the founding members of the Broadcom Women’s Network (BWN), Neta has managed programming and communication to inspire other women at Broadcom to find their voices and take a seat at the table. She enjoys volunteering, especially with SWE (Society of Women Engineers) of SCV (Santa Clara Valley), GetSET (Get Science, Engineering and Technology) and Designing Women. She also loves traveling (especially in India and Central America) and spending time with her family.
