Jyoti Sarin is a Sr. IT manager in Global Architecture and Technology Services Organization. Her organization is responsible for driving continuous digital transformation for Cisco/IT through innovation, enterprise architecture, business value management, continuous delivery/ integration and cloud management services.
In addition, Jyoti runs one of the three leading innovation organizations in Cisco. As part of this initiative, she has built Cisco’s largest global hack-a-thon and an Internal Incubator. She engages in evaluating, mentoring and developing both internal and external startups. Jyoti is also a public speaker on topics related to innovation, intraprenuership and leadership.
She is an active partner for the Cisco’s Corporate Social Responsibility team serving on Cisco Foundation’s grant committee and supporting Cisco’s US2020 goals by hosting STEM related workshops with middle school, high school and college students. She is passionate about growing role of women in engineering careers. She currently serves on the leadership board of Cisco’s Indian Connecting (ICON) organization and member of Cisco’s Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) diversity organization.
Before joining Cisco in 2006, she spent over 10 years as a management and technology consultant for leading consulting companies where she has led many large transformation initiatives. Her experience spans a range of industries that includes manufacturing, retail, finance, telecom and e-business.
Jyoti has been recognized as “Woman of Impact 2015”, “IT Champion: Risk and Innovation”, “IT Manager of the Year” in Cisco and IT World 2015 “Management Team of the Year (Internet of Things)”.
