Jasmin Wills is an Image Processing Engineering for Apple, Inc. She has been working for Apple since May 2015. Her path to Digital Signal Processing wasn't straightforward. She graduated from Brown University with a BS in Electrical engineering. During undergrad, she had the opportunity to spend 3 months in Strasbourg, France doing Image Processing related research. It was then that she found her true passion for Image Processing. However, after Brown, she ended up in a leadership program for Toyota. This program had her rotating in different jobs such as Manufacturing Engineering, Processing Engineering and Quality Engineering... all unrelated to her true passion. After many years at Toyota, she decided to go back to school in 2012 to get her MS in DSP at Santa Clara University. Her new knowledge, mentors and connections made while pursuing her MS helped her switch fields successfully to follow her passions.
