Welcome to the CHM Community!

Your support not only enhances your Museum experience but also helps us preserve and share our collection with the community. Below, you’ll find a guide to the benefits and policies associated with our Supporting Membership. Please take a moment to review these guidelines to make the most of your membership. If you have any questions, our membership team is here to assist you.

  • Memberships are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
  • A membership is active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • A membership expires 12 months after purchase.
  • All members on an account must live in the same household.
  • Membership levels and benefits are subject to change.
  • Members must provide their ID when requesting a member ticket for themselves or their guest(s).
  • The Museum does not participate in reciprocal membership programs.
  • An email and mailing address is required to purchase a membership.
  • Memberships and donations may be tax deductible, please check with your financial advisor.
  • Members do not need to reserve tickets in advance to ensure entry.
  • Members’ visiting hours are the same as public operating hours.
