The Museum Services team supports multiple functions within the Museum and serves as the first point of contact for all visitors. Their primary goal is to ensure that every guest has a positive, enjoyable, and safe experience, leaving with a greater understanding and appreciation of the Museum and its offerings.
The Computer History Museum is looking for a Museum Services Associate to deliver outstanding visitor service as part of our Front of House team. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring that visitors have a positive, enjoyable experience and leave with a greater understanding and appreciation of the Museum and its offerings. Their primary responsibilities include selling museum tickets, providing assistance and information to Museum visitors, front desk reception, and monitoring museum appearance. Salary: $23 per hour
