Welcome to the Computer History Museum Wi-Fi service (“Wi-Fi Service”). By accessing and using our Wi-Fi service, you, the user, agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Wi-Fi service for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the service by other users or third parties.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal activities, including piracy, hacking, and spreading malicious software.
  • Transmitting offensive, harassing, or defamatory content.
  • Attempting to breach or circumvent security measures.

If abnormal, illegal, or unacceptable uses or behavior is detected through use of the Service, including heavy consumption of bandwidth, we reserve the right to permanently disconnect the offending device from the wireless network.

Service Access and Availability

Service availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to interruptions and downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service without notice.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of the Wi-Fi service.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
