Yogen Dalal is cofounder of Glooko, a diabetes outcomes management software company. He began his career at Xerox in 1977, where he was responsible for the definition of the XNS Protocol suite and played a central role in the creation of the 1980 Ethernet Specification with DEC and Intel. Dalal was a founding member of two startups, Claris and Metaphor, and then became a venture capitalist at Mayfield, where he invested in networking and enterprise software companies for 25 years. He serves on a number of boards and is a member of Impact Partners, an organization that funds independent documentaries on pressing social issues.
