William C. Lowe

Mr. William Lowe has had leadership positions in large and small companies. Early in his career he led the team that developed IBM's personal computer. As Vice-President and President of the Entry Systems Division at IBM, Bill Lowe was responsible for over $12B and 15,000 employees. At Xerox Corporation as the Executive Vice President in Charge of Worldwide Development and Manufacturing he revamped their product line with Systems Technology where he directed a $1B development budget and 26,000 employees.

Mr. Lowe was CEO and Chairman at Gulfstream Aerospace where he identified the need for and began development of the Gulfstream V that allowed the company to achieve a very successful public offering. He was also CEO of New England Business Services.

He was also Executive Vice-President at Moore Corporation. He has continued to consult with both small and large corporations and has served on both Public and Private Boards of Directors, including New England Business Services, Fuji Xerox, General Instruments, and Gulfstream among others.
