Kristopher Hom grew up in San Jose, California and graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Fueled by a fascination with computer graphics, he began adding animation and interaction to the Google Doodles in 2009. In addition to building something fun and surprising for users, he sees the Doodles as a unique opportunity to showcase emerging browser technologies to the world.
