Tim Lapetino is a writer and award-winning graphic designer. His work has been published in more than a dozen books and magazines, and for 20 years he has helped brands tell their stories through powerful design, writing and strategy. He is the author of the design history book, Art of Atari, and is series editor for Dynamite Entertainment's Video Game Icons book series. He has written about design, video games and visual culture for magazines like HOW Design, Geek Monthly, RETRO and others, and is fascinated with the intersection of design and pop culture. He grew up playing Atari, which had a profound influence on his visual life. He is fascinated by analog culture and is currently working on a book about the pioneering futurist and illustrator Arthur Radebaugh.
