Judy Estrin is the CEO of JLABS and an expert on entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation in organizations, national policy, and education. Since 1981, she has cofounded eight technology companies, including Bridge Communications, Network Computing Devices and Precept Software, and served as CTO of Cisco Systems. Estrin is the author of Closing the Innovation Gap: Reigniting the Spark of Creativity in a Global Economy and Authoritarian Technology: Attention!, The World is Choking on Digital Pollution and Out of Whack!. She has served on the boards of directors of The Walt Disney Company, FedEx Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Rockwell Corporation, KQED, and The Medium Corporation.
