Docent-led Group Visits

A docent-led group visit offers an immersive and educational experience guided by knowledgeable Museum docent volunteers. During the visit, groups are led through curated exhibitions, where docents provide insightful commentary, historical context, and engaging anecdotes about the artifacts on display.

Docents tailor their presentations to the interests and knowledge level of the group, encouraging interactive discussions and questions throughout. Tours last approximately 1 hour.

Following the tour, visitors have unlimited time in exhibits during business hours.

Self-guided Group Visits

With a self-guided visit reservation, groups have the freedom to explore exhibits and interactive displays at their leisure, without a docent. While Museum staff may be available to provide assistance or answer questions, the focus of a self-guided visit reservation is on independent exploration and discovery, allowing groups to tailor their Museum experience to their specific interests and preferences.

Group visitors have unlimited time in exhibits during business hours.
