The object is a curved metal frame containing a camera mount at the front (with plastic lens cap), a custom box of electronics in the center on which a laptop is attached with velcro strips and it is connected to the camera by a ribbon cable. On the side of the electronics box there is a round input DC power connector, an output power for the laptop computer, two round connectors, and a data cable to connect to the laptop computer. The frame is made of cast magnesium. A handwritten note found with the object says, "Camera 103, possibly with laptop of amother camera, first one sold - 1999, Sheldon of Los Altos, repurchased by Dick Lyon 2022, wrong lens (is calibrated for 17-35 & 28-70 & 50mm prime)."
