Description

Object is a kit with many parts which assembles as a BRAINIAC, a simple logic machine that can be used to teach logic concepts. The kit comprises the following parts which are separately bagged in a large bag:
* Base sheet of perforated masonite
* Six, 4.5-inch discs of perforated masonite
* Two metal brackets to hold small bulbs
* Ten small incandescent bulbs with screw bases
* A coil of insulated orange wire
* A cardboard battery holder
* Eight, 3-inch cardboard squares with 1-inch round holes pre-cut in them (possibly referred to as "hard washers" in the instructions)
* a piece of sponge rubber 3.75 x 2.5 inches, 0.25 inch thick (possibly referred to as "soft washers")
* a bag of 6/32 x half-inch bolts
* a bag of 6/32 x quarter inch nuts
* a bag of 6/32 x seven-eights bolts
* a bag of brass, Pi-shaped metal clips (called "jumpers" in the instructions)
* a bag of copper contact pins (probably the "wipers" in the instructions)
* a metal tube 0.25 in diameter, 1-inch length

* a 14 page pamphlet titled "Materials in the Kit and How to Assemble Them"
* a one-sheet double sided diagram "BRAINIAC Illustrative Templates"
* a one-page parts list
* a four-page "Catalog of Publiations" available from Berkeley Enterprises
