This is a black and white image of Thomas Watson Sr. standing in front of a room and addressing a crowd of men at an International Time Recording Company sales convention in Endicott, N.Y. To his right is a sheet of white paper with the words "Men Minutes Money" inscribed on it. In the background are several time clocks and time recorder machines. Except for Thomas Watson Sr., all the men are facing away from the camera. Light is coming from the direction of the camera. Written on verso side of image in black ink is "NOS-122" and "Men, Minutes, Money speech 1918". Stamped on verso side is "PLEASE CREDIT IBM ARCHIVES"
