The CP/M Gold Card is a Z80-based co-processor board for the Apple II computer. This board came with the CP/M Pro (version 3.0) operating system, CBASIC, an assembler and other programming and development tools. Attaching this card to an Apple II allowed it to run hundreds of CP/M programs at a time when there were limited business applications for the Apple II. The base board contains 64KB of memory. The companion daughter card adds 128KB to upgrade the card to 192KB. List price: $495 (64KB); $775 for 192KB version.
